Don't use on-the-fly extraction. Instead run the extract step and make sure you select the alignment file when converting.

I use default mode to convert ,the problem was happen
This happens sometimes with On-The-Fly conversion. It is not recommended and has been deprecated as an option.
Run "Extract" on your target video first to generate an alignments file.
